RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 8's Kandy Muse teases rows in "emotional" season
RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 8's Kandy Muse has teased some heated rows in the "emotional" season to come.
The season 13 runner-up is returning to the Werk Room this week for an all-new season of the Drag Race spinoff, where cast members from the past compete for a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
Kandy Muse was never shy about sharing her opinion in her previous season — including a memorable Untucked argument with co-star Tamisha Iman that was nominated for an MTV Award.
Speaking about her second time around in the Werk Room, the queen told Entertainment Weekly that she'd approached her relationships with castmates differently.

"You can take what happened before with the negativity and bring it with you in the Werk Room, but there's no reason for that," she said. "That happened then. I'm not bringing that back to All Stars 8. This is a completely different situation.
"I didn't walk into All Stars this time around thinking, 'Well, I have to be more demure and more nice so people like me'. No, I'm still going to be Kandy Muse, that same old bitch from the Bronx. If you like it, you like it. If you don't, you don't. It's not my job to make you like me."
Kandy quipped that she will remain "the main character" of the show whether her castmates like it or not — and it sounds as if some weren't entirely thrilled.
"[There were] a lot of tears. A lot of tears. One thing about this cast, I don't know if any of the girls have said it, but this is a very emotional cast. The girls cry for anything!" she said. "[There are] some cat fights, it's going to be good."

This All Stars season also features Drag Race trans pioneer Monica Beverly Hillz, Canada's Drag Race favourite Jimbo, former Miss Congeniality winner Heidi N Closet and other iconic queens.
RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 8 premieres on Paramount+ in the US beginning on Friday, May 12 and airs on WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
