Russia calls in Dutch diplomat over tracking device in car

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's foreign ministry said on Monday it had called in the Dutch ambassador in Moscow to formally protest after it said a tracking device was found in the car of a Russian military attache in the Netherlands.

In a statement, the ministry called on the Netherlands to take measures to stop such incidents happening and said "such unfriendly actions complicate already difficult bilateral relations."
