MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia and the United States have found "common ground" on which opposition groups should participate in Syrian peace talks, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Tuesday after a meeting with Russian President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
