Russian drone strike hits industrial facility in Poltava Oblast

One casualty reported in Poltava Oblast following Russian Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones attack on an industrial facility overnight on June 5, Poltava Governor Filip Pronin reported on Telegram.

The person injured refused further hospitalization.

Ukrainian Armed Forces mobile firing groups were engaged in repelling the drone attack.

Pronin urged Ukrainians not to ignore air raid alerts.

Ukrainian Air Force warned of potential drone strikes in most oblasts at night, including Ukraine's east, south, and north.

Air defense shot down 22 of the 27 Shahed drones launched from Russia's Kursk and temporarily occupied Crimea, the Air Force reported in the morning.
