Sarah Beeny has revealed that she has shaved her head as she battles breast cancer.

The Property Ladder star has been having chemotherapy and said her hair had started to fall out, which she admitted was "harder" than she'd expected.

So she decided to take matters into her own hands and shave the rest off.

Beeny, who told fans last month that she had been diagnosed with the illness, posted a picture on Instagram showing her hand clutching some strands of hair.

"Sort of much harder that I expected it to be when it happened - in 24hrs most hair fell out and I’ve shaved the rest off - onward and upward!" she wrote.

She later added a snap showing her in a blonde wig.

"New day new wig - this might be more fun than I expected…!!!" she said.

Mum-of-four Beeny, 50, was inundated with support from fans after she shared her health update.
