Savannah Chrisley is continuing to remember Nic Kerdiles and their most cherished moments together.

On what would have been Kerdiles' 30th birthday, the Unlocked podcast host shared a touching video tribute on Thursday, filled with various moments from the former couple's time together.

"Little did I know that this time last year would be the last time we would sing 'Happy Birthday' to you… but BOY AM I HAPPY THAT I GOT TO HAVE THE LAST ONE WITH YOU😭," she captioned the post, set to "Happy Heavenly" by Steven Lee Olsen. "I so badly wish I was making you a carrot cake right about now… I can't stop replaying all the memories through my mind. I would joke about how old you were and I’m pretty sure I’ve called you 30 since you were 25 🤣."

"Gosh… I miss you. I feel you all around me… I see all the signs," she continued. "We may have been broken up but I never stopped loving you. Part of me always thought that maybe we would’ve found our way back… but who knows. I so badly wish we were celebrating 30! I wish I could’ve seen you be one hell of a dad! You always wanted that… this one hurts. What I wouldn’t do for that smile and an 'I love you kid..' right about now ❤️"

Concluding her post, Chrisley, 26, added: "HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY MY SWEET ANGEL 👼🏽"

Kerdiles was a professional ice hockey forward who later briefly played in the National Hockey League with the Anaheim Ducks. Upon retiring from the sport in 2019, he found success as a realtor and broker in Nashville.

He was working with Compass Nashville before his death in September 2023, which resulted from a motorcycle accident. PEOPLE has since confirmed that Kerdile's death was ruled an accident and was caused by multiple blunt traumatic injuries, including broken bones, bruising of the brain and abrasions.

According to TMZ, an autopsy report indicated there was evidence of ethanol in Kerdiles' bloodstream at the time of the accident.
