Scott Eastwood prepares for combat with Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf
Clint Eastwood's son has joined the cast of "Fury," a World War II film to be directed by David Ayer ("End of Watch"), Deadline.com reports.
The 27-year old actor, who sometimes goes by the name Scott Reeves, will portray Sergeant Miles in the forthcoming feature, which follows five American soldiers aboard a tank behind enemy lines in 1945, during the collapse of the Nazi regime.
Seen in his father's films "Gran Torino" and "Invictus," the actor will play a supporting role alongside Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf. Logan Lerman ("Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters"), Michael Pena ("Gangster Squad") and Jon Bernthal ("The Walking Dead") will also appear in the film.
David Ayer is expected to begin shooting "Fury" before the end of 2013, for a North American release in mid-November of 2014.
