SINGAPORE — Sean Tan became the first Singaporean wrestler to be featured in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on 22 September (Wednesday Singapore time), when he made a winning debut on the major wrestling company's weekly NXT show.

The 25-year-old was billed as Dante Chen in the episode, and he scored a quick win over Trey Baxter with an inside cradle move.

Tan was among a new group of recruits from Asia that reported for training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando back in July.

He had previously wrestled under the name of Trexxus for the Singapore Pro Wrestling when the promotion began in 2012, and was its Southeast Asia Champion.
