While This Is Us has come to an end, many of the actors who made the Pearson family — and their loved ones — come to life have special people in their lives. In some cases, they even have their very own "big three" on the way.

From Mandy Moore's growing bunch to Milo Ventimiglia's newlywed bliss, take a look at the real life-loved ones of the cast of This Is Us.

Milo Ventimiglia's Wife, Jarah Mariano

After sparking dating rumors back in 2022, Milo Ventimiglia and Jarah Mariano secretly tied the knot in 2023.

"We've had relationships that have come and have gone and then you get to a point where you kind of meet your match and meet someone that inspires you in a way different than anybody else," Ventimiglia, who played the beloved patriarch Jack Pearson on the series, told Extra in 2024. "I'm grateful for her and I’m happy to have arrived in this moment, so married life is nice."

Mandy Moore's Husband, Taylor Goldsmith, and Their Sons

Pearson family matriarch Rebecca has an adorable family of her own in real life. In fact, in a few short months, Mandy Moore will even have her own "big three."

"Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. 💓💓💓," Moore wrote on Instagram in a post announcing her third baby with husband Taylor Goldsmith, whom she married in 2018.

The parents welcomed their first child, August "Gus" Harrison, on Feb. 20, 2021, before expanding to a family of four with the birth of their second baby Oscar "Ozzie" Bennett Goldsmith, who was born on Oct. 21, 2022.

Sterling K. Brown's Wife, Ryan Michelle Bathe, and Their Sons

Sterling K. Brown, who played Randall Pearson, met his longtime love Ryan Michelle Bathe when the two were students at Stanford University in 1998. Nearly 10 years later the pair eloped in 2006, celebrating with a larger wedding one year later.

They welcomed their first son, Andrew, in 2011; their second son Amaré arrived in 2015.

Justin Hartley's Wife, Sofia Pernas, and His Daughter

After starring together as on-screen lovers on The Young and the Restless, Justin Hartley and Sofia Pernas quietly tied the knot in May 2021.

Hartley, who played Kevin Pearson, is also dad to 19-year-old daughter Isabella, whom he shares with ex-wife Lindsay Korman-Hartley. He was also married to Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause from 2017 until filing for divorce in 2019.

Chris Sullivan's Wife, Rachel Sullivan, and Their Kids

Chris Sullivan, who played Toby, husband to Kate (Chrissy Metz), has two little ones of his own in real life.

He and his wife, Rachel Sullivan, welcomed their first child together, Bear, in 2020. Two years later the family grew with the addition of their second child, Aoife (pictured), in 2022.

Jon Huertas's Wife, Nicole Huertas

After Jack's tragic death on This Is Us, Moore's Rebecca found love and companionship again in Jon Huertas's character, Miguel. In real life, Jon married his wife Nicole in 2014 and celebrated their 10-year anniversary in May, The Winchester Star reported at the time.

Alexandra Breckenridge's Husband, Casey Hooper

Alexandra Breckenridge, who played Kevin's love Sophie on the series, married her musician husband Casey Hooper in 2015. The two share son Jack, who was born in September 2016, and daughter Billie, born in December 2017.

"When Jack was born, I experienced a kind of love I never had before," she told PEOPLE in November 2017. "I loved my husband more than anything and then I had a child, and that is a totally different level of love."

Ron Cephas Jones's Daughter, Jasmine Cephas Jones

During his tenure on the show, Ron Cephas Jones played William, Randall's long-lost biological father. In real life, the Emmy winner was also the proud dad of one.

Jasmine Cephas Jones, whom Ron welcomed with his ex Kim Lesley, followed in her dad's footsteps and notably originated the role of Peggy Schuyler in Broadway’s Hamilton.

Though Ron and Kim separated when Jasmine was growing up, the former couple continued to co-parent, and stepped out for events together, including the 2017 Emmy Awards (pictured).

The actor died on Aug. 19, 2023, at age 66 from "a long-standing pulmonary issue," a representative confirmed to PEOPLE at the time.

In a heartfelt tribute to her father, Jasmine wrote in part on Instagram, “You valued my opinion and you never judged me. We all know you were a great actor but my god you were a damn good father.”

Griffin Dunne's Daughter, Hannah Dunne

Griffin Dunne, who played Jack's estranged brother Nicky on the series, shares one daughter, Hannah Dunne, with his ex-wife, Carey Lowell. Per The New York Times, Dunne married designer Anna Bingemann in 2009.

Caitlin Thompson's Husband, Dan Fogelman, and Their Son

Not only did Caitlin Thompson play Kate's friend and Kevin's love interest Madison on This Is Us, she's married to the show's creator, Dan Fogelman. The power couple welcomed their first child, Benjamin, in 2020.

"It's interesting, I had all this time with him and I've had a lot of people say, 'Is it going by so fast?' And it is, but in another way, I feel like I'm actually present for so many things," Thompson told PEOPLE in 2021 of welcoming her son amid the pandemic. "And I haven't missed a lot of things. I wonder if the world was opened up at this time, would I have not been there for his first time crawling or the first time he ate something? So it's been nice in a lot of ways just to have that focus time at home and to be with him."
