“Selling the OC” Season 3 Trailer Teases Fresh Feuds and Rekindled Romance — Plus, the Premiere Date (Exclusive)

The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County agents are back and bringing the drama in season 3 of the Netflix docudrama

The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County agents are delivering on major drama and million-dollar deals in an exclusive first look at season 3 of Selling the OC!

The Selling Sunset spinoff, which dropped it's most recent season in September 2023, returns to Netflix May 3.

In the trailer above, premiering with PEOPLE, the cast members deal with new rifts between agents and sort through old drama that left fans with a cliffhanger last season.

The first look begins with agent Alexandra Harper, who joined the cast in season 2, finding herself in hot water over her performance at the O Group.

“This industry is sink or swim,” agent Polly Brindle tells her. The scene cuts to Gio Helou seemingly complaining to the agency’s president Jason Oppenheim about trusting Harper with a “huge opportunity” she may have dropped the ball on.

Harper is then pictured at what appears to be an open house where potential clients ask her questions about her listing — and she doesn’t have the answers for any of them.

“She has not developed the experience that she should have at this stage in the game,” Oppenheim admits of Harper.

Viewers can also get a glimpse of the developing romantic relationship between agents Alex Hall and recently divorced Tyler Stanaland following their season 2 kiss.

"You swooned me, and then you f---ing disappeared," Hall says to Stanaland. "What do you want?"

In a different scene, he tells Hall, “When we’re trying to force it, neither one of us are on the same page,” followed by Hall declaring, "I'm out. I'm done," in a confessional moment.

Stanaland later reflects on what he’s looking for in a relationship while opening up to castmate Austin Victoria: "I'll be 34 in a couple weeks. I want what you have, kids and a wife."

The real estate agent was previously married to Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow before their highly publicized split in July 2023. In season 2 of Selling the OC, Stanaland navigated the aftermath of his divorce with Snow by doubling down on his listings and getting closer with Hall.

Despite the firm sentiment from Hall that she’s officially “done” with Stanaland’s drama in the season 3 trailer, Stanaland is shown leaning in for a passionate kiss with her later on.

Meanwhile, agent Sean Palmieri, who confirmed his departure from the O Group in November 2023,  finds himself at the center of numerous feuds that appear to reach a boiling point this season.

“Sean is trouble. His business is suffering,” Helou says, and Stanaland chimes in: “He’s never sold anything since being licensed.”

Palmieri is then called a “snake” by another agent and Victoria confronts him about “rumors” he’s been starting. Palmieri pretends not to know about the alleged rumors, and Victoria responds with a serious expression: “Don’t be stupid.”

Stanaland and Palmieri then have it out as Palmieri says, “It would be really nice if I had Daddy hand me all my listings,” referring to Stanaland’s dad, John Stanaland, who leads his own brokerage at the high-profile rival agency Douglas Elliman.

Stanaland announced in October that he was leaving the Oppenheim Group to join his father's team.

“Leaving the Oppenheim Group wasn’t an easy decision, but is the right decision for me and my clients,” he told PEOPLE via email. “Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I’m aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders.”

After all the drama, the trailer concludes with Stanaland, considering his future at the esteemed real estate agency.

"I thought seasons 1 and 2 were a lot. This next season's gonna blow those out of the water," Helou told PEOPLE in February. The new dad teased that viewers may see the lead-up to the birth of his son, Theodore in season 3.

"People's true colors come out," added Brindle.
