Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim’s relationship history
Selling Sunset is almost back for its sixth season and thanks to the luxury homes and workplace drama, we can’t wait! The Netflix reality series follows the lives of estate agents at the Oppenheim Group, run by Jason Oppenheim, who himself has a pretty interesting and elaborate dating history.
From co-stars and colleagues like Chrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald to his current girlfriend Marie-Lou Nuerk, here is a breakdown of Jason Oppenheim’s past and current relationships.
Nicole Young
Series newcomer Nicole Young is also one of Jason's exes, as revealed by co-star Amanza Smith. “[Nicole] dated Jason [10 years ago] — she was the first,” she revealed to Us Weekly.
“I’ve known her for 10 years and she’s amazing. She’s not new to me. I’m just very glad that she’s finally on the show with us and we get to spend more time with her in the office because I adore Nicole. She’s known my kids since they were babies.”
Nicole is also now loved up with her husband Brandon, who she's been married to for five years, so we doubt this will cause any drama in the new season.
Mary Fitzgerald
All the way back in season one of Selling Sunset (2019), we learned that Jason dated his co-star and colleague, Mary.
He said the two dated for at least six months. “I mean, it depends if you count the breakup period. Six months to a year,” Jason said on the show. “Yeah, we had a lingering kind of period. We lived together,” Mary added.
It's thought the pair dated years before filming began, but judging by Amanza's comment about Nicole being "the first", it was after then. But, Mary and Jason are now close friends and Mary has been happily married to her husband Romain Bonnet for four years.
Chrishell Stause
Jason and his colleague and co-star, Chrishell, dated for around six months in 2021 after being friends for many years.
Their relationship partially played out on the show, with them opening up about their breakup in the season five reunion, with the split largely coming down to the fact Chrishell wanted children, and Jason wasn't yet ready.
According to their social media profiles, the pair remain friends and Chrishell recently got married to her partner G Flip. So sweet!
Marie-Lou Nurk
Jason met his current girlfriend, Marie-Lou, in 2022, and the couple have been going strong ever since.
They even revealed that they moved in together in February and he shared that he could see himself marrying Marie-Lou. Aww! According to an interview she did with Vogue Germany, we may even be seeing an appearance from Marie-Lou in the next season of Selling Sunset so we can’t wait.
