Singapore comedian Kumar returns with new show 'Kumar Uncut' in July 2024 at Marina Bay Sands

The show runs from 10 to 28 July, tickets now on sale

Ready, set, slay! Singapore's queen of comedy Kumar is back with a new show, 'Kumar Uncut', at the Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands.

The comedian, host, actor and drag queen will be joined by other crowd-favourite drag queens such as Lisa Lya Dolmat, Helda Hydayat, and Vyla Virus, in a night of comedy that will get you 'raw and real'.

At the upcoming show, Kumar will cover topics such as artificial intelligence (A.I.) and tech, the pressures of making babies, and personal burdens and expectation from social media.

'Kumar Uncut' runs from 10 to 28 July. Each show is estimated to last just under two hours, at 110 minutes with a 20 minute intermission.

Where to buy tickets to Kumar Uncut

Tickets are now on sale and can be bought on Sistic or Marina Bay Sands' official website. Prices range from $58 to $148, excluding booking fees. From now till 31 March, Maybank cardmembers can enjoy 15 per cent off all categories, excluding box seats, for all performances.

Kumar's entertainment career spans more than two decades in the Singapore entertainment scene, having amassed a string of television, stage, and film credits.

He has performed sold out shows in Manila, Penang and Melbourne for his Kumarsutra comedy tour. Clips of Kumar's past stand-up acts have also gone viral on TikTok and Youtube.

'Kumar Uncut' follows previously sold out shows 'Kumar Guilty', 'Kumar Locks Down' and 'Kumar Unmasked' in 2023, 2022 and 2021 respectively.
