Sisi gains 93.4 pct of votes cast in 2,000 polling stations

CAIRO (Reuters) - Former Egyptian army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has captured 93.4 percent of the votes cast in 2,000 polling stations, his campaign team said in a statement on Wednesday. His only rival Hamdeen Sabahi gained 2.9 percent and 3.7 percent of the votes were deemed void. (Reporting by Yasmine Saleh)
