Sonja Morgan is a step further to bidding her famous New York City townhouse a final farewell!

Bidding on the 4,650-square-foot, five-story home ended on Wednesday, May 29 after it was up for auction for two weeks, beginning on Wednesday, May 15.

Per Concierge Auctions, a sale is currently pending on Morgan's Upper East Side dwelling. A representative for the auction site didn't immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on the final sale price, but Modlin Group, the real estate company that listed the property, reported the "current high bid" as $4 million a day after the auction closed.

Fans of Real Housewives of New York City watched Morgan, 60, order interns around, serve chaotic brunches and develop toaster oven recipes from her beloved townhouse during her tenure on the show from 2010 to 2021.

Morgan has either rented the home or attempted to sell it for over a decade, first putting it up for sale amid her 2013 divorce from J.P. Morgan heir John Morgan. Five years later, she revealed on RHONY that she rented out the property for $32,000 per month, according to Bravo.

The TV personality revealed in November 2023 at BravoCon that her home was vacant and she was unsure what she was going to do with it at the time.

"When it’s rented, I take it off the market. So I have a wonderful family that just left a few days ago, so now I feel broke. When I rent it, I feel homeless," she explained during the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy panel.
