Sophie Turner addresses dating and wanting something 'fresh and fun' in new ad after Joe Jonas divorce
Sophie Turner teased about her love life and trying “something different, fresh and fun" in a glamorous new advert in a what may be a cheeky dig at ex, Joe Jonas.
Last year the Game Of Thrones actress, 28, filed for divorce from singer Jonas, 34, and is now dating aristocrat Peregrine Pearson.
In the commercial for St-Germain Hugo Spritz cocktails, she is seen in a striking lemon-coloured dress, talking to a bartender at a hotel on the French Riviera.
She lists her preferences as "fresh, fun, bubbly, bright, and sweet", admitting she is very particular and giving the audience the impression she's talking about what she looks for in a partner.
The bartender then presents her with a Hugo Spritz cocktail, meeting all her requests.
She then smiles and says, "I love a St-Germain Hugo Spritz," calling it "the whole package".
While promoting the drinks collaboration she told Harper's Bazaar: "Honestly, what my life looks like these days is what a Hugo Spritz tastes like.
"I'm kind of embracing this lighter, fresher kind of energy around me."
She also shared that she plans to spend the summer with her and Jonas' children, daughters Willa, four, and two-year-old Delphine.
"My recipe for a hot-girl summer is pretty much playing with my kids, hanging out with my best friends, drinking some cocktails—you know which ones—and enjoying the sun, long may it last. As long as the sun's out, I'm a happy chap."
She previously told British Vogue that she faced challenges after the split from Jonas.
"There were some days that I didn't know if I was going to make it,” she revealed.
"I would call my lawyer saying, 'I can't do this. I just can't’. I was just never strong enough to stand up for myself. And then, finally, after two weeks of me being in a rut, she reminded me that it was my children I was fighting for.
"Once anyone says to me, 'Do it for your kids,' I'm doing it. I wouldn't do it for myself, but I'll find the strength for them. It hurt because I really do completely torture myself over every move I make as a mother – mum guilt is so real."
Turner and Pearson confirmed their new romance last December after her divorce news broke in September.
Pearson, the eldest son of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray, is the heir to a significant chunk of the Pearson media empire.
While Turner is worth around $10million, Pearson’s family fortune is estimated at more than $224million.
Pearson owns a $5million home in Chelsea, and his family estate in West Sussex includes 22 bedrooms and 16,500 acres of land.
The Cowdray estate also hosts the Cowdray Park Polo Club, known for its annual Gold Cup, attended by royals like Prince William and Prince Harry.
Turner and Pearson were last seen together at Paris Fashion Week in March.
Meanwhile, Jonas reportedly split from his girlfriend Stormi Bree after five months of dating, according to Page Six.
