Stacey Solomon has shared the sweet moment she accidentally captured with her eldest son.

The Loose Women panellist posted a photo of herself on Instagram, posing with her son Zachary before he headed off to his prom.

Unbeknownst to her at the time, the image was actually a 'live' photo which captured the mother and son's embrace, as she smiled up at him and rested her head on his shoulder.

"When your camera takes a Live Photo and you don't realise it's taken a video of the most special moment that you'll treasure forever. Zach, we love you." Stacey captioned the post.

Her followers were equally moved by the picture, praising how live photos can immortalise wonderful memories.

"Aww this is beautiful, it's such a great feature isn't it, I've captured some amazing memories over the years using this," said one. Another added: "So special. Pure love, admiration and respect in a few second live picture."

Eager to share more of these sweet moments with her five children, Stacey has recently spoken about potentially stepping back from her career. On the Glad We Had This Chat podcast, she highlighted the "pivotal moment" she is at in life, particularly as Zachary approaches adulthood.

"I think I'm at a point in my life where I recognise that I've been really busy for his life, and his life is at a really important point, and my second son will get to that point before I know it," she said.

"And then I've got these three babies. I don't want to miss what I potentially feel like I missed with my older children. And I want to be there for my older children, who I think need me now more than ever. I've been battling with that in my head."

Finding a way to balance her work and family, the Sort Your Life Out star added: "So what I'm trying to do at this point is make sure everything that I work on I can work on 90% of the time at home. And then just do passion projects outside of the house, and then try and be around for them more. I love being a mum."
