Stacey Solomon details "anxious" feelings in honest mental health post
Loose Women's Stacey Solomon has been feeling incredibly anxious this week.
Stacey, who welcomed baby girl Belle with husband Joe Swash in early February, posted a candid video onto Instagram Stories, detailing a much needed change of pace after beginning her period again.
Solomon wrote below a 'Get Ready With Me' montage of her routine: "I woke so early (4:30am) this morning feeling SO anxious. I came on yesterday & it's my first period in over a year so it's thrown me right out!

"Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym [laughing emoji] made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go...
"To anyone having a low day, you're amazing & everything is temporary, you've got this," she added.
She's currently shooting the new series of Sort Your Life Out for the BBC.

It's going to be one hell of a busy year for the former X Factor singer, what with her Reese Witherspoon collaboration on the horizon.
Back in January, Solomon excitedly shared with her social media fanbase: "So, for a little while I've been talking to Channel 4 and a production company called Hello Sunshine, which was founded by Reese Witherspoon.
"She created it to champion women in film and TV, she's just incredible at building women up and putting them at the forefront. And they asked me if I wanted to make a show with them, and I was like, 'Hell yeah! I'll make a show with Reese Witherspoon's production company!' They're words I never thought I'd say!"
It's titled Brickin' It and will rescue people who've experienced rogue traders and ran out of cash while undergoing construction projects.
