The partnership aims to help the entertainment channel and the social shopping portal expand presence and fan base across multiple platforms

Clozette and StarWorld, an Asian entertainment channel from media giant FOX International, have announced a new partnership to bring original short productions on both, StarWorld and Clozette’s fashion social digital platform.

Targeted at young, smart and sophisticated Asian female viewers, StarWorld features renowned Western drama series, reality shows and covers various major live events. At the same time, social shopping portal Clozette brings together Asian fashion and beauty content and e-commerce, building a savvy and connected community. Drawing from both StarWorld’s and Clozette’s footprints in Asia and knowledge of content consumption behaviour across TV and digital platforms, the partnership aims to help both brands expand presence and fan base across multiple platforms.

For a start, the partnership will be introduced in three key markets – Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Through this partnership, users can look forward to catching StarWorld’s StyleSetter series on Clozette, which explores upcoming local fashion trends, hottest venues in Asia, as well as style and beauty tips in the form of short video clips. Co-promotion such as contests and exclusive benefits for both, Clozette and StarWorld fans are also part of the deal.

In addition, selected “Clozette Ambassadors” who have prominent online presence and social following may be invited to make special guest appearances on StyleSetter.
