Stephen Baldwin is in New Mexico to support his brother Alec Baldwin during his criminal trial.

Stephen, 58, was seen sitting next to Alec's wife Hilaria Baldwin at the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Wednesday, July 10, as Alec's involuntary manslaughter trial got underway. Alec is facing charges stemming from the 2021 fatal on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the Western movie Rust. Stephen was also joined by his and Alec's sister, Beth Keuchler, 69, in the courthouse.

Stephen and Hilaria, 40, could be seen sitting among other attendees in a row behind Alec, 66, as the trial opened with statements from both Alec's attorneys and prosecutors on Wednesday. Hilaria, whom Alec has been married to since 2012 and shares seven children with, was also present at the courthouse with her husband and two of their children for jury selection on Tuesday, July 9.

Stephen, an actor best known for his roles in The Usual Suspects and Born on the Fourth of July, among other movies, is the youngest of Alec's three brothers, each of whom are actors. The family also includes brothers Daniel, 63, and Billy, 61, as well as two sisters, Beth Keuchler and Jane, 59.
