Strictly star Louis Smith confirms he’s expecting second child
Former Strictly Come Dancing star Louis Smith has revealed he’s expecting a second child with jazz dancer Charlie Bruce.
The two-time Olympic silver medallist and his partner Charlie shared the wonderful news that their second child is due in December.
"It’s so nice we had to do it twice," Louis wrote on Instagram, with Charlie sharing on her own page: "The best birthday present I could ask for. Due 5.12.24."
Among the friends and family to celebrate the couple's baby news was former Strictly professional dancer Oti Mabuse, who commented: "Congratulations."

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ian Waite also congratulated the parents-to-be, as did ex-pro AJ Pritchard's ex-girlfriend Abbie Quinnen.
Louis and Charlie have been together since 2017, and announced in 2020 that they were expecting their first child together.
The gymnast competed in BBC One and the BBC iPlayer's Strictly Come Dancing in 2012, going on to win the Glitterball Trophy with his professional partner Flavia Cacace. He has also ventured further into reality telly by auditioning for The X Factor and winning The Masked Dancer in 2021.

Of course, Louis represented Team GB as a gymnast in Beijing, London and Rio de Janeiro, where he brought home two silver medals and two bronze medals over the course of his Olympics career.
His partner Charlie is a jazz dancer who won the first season of the UK version of So You Think You Can Dance in 2010, and went on to perform on the US version of the show.
Strictly Come Dancing will return later this year on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
