Strictly star Rev Richard Coles heartbroken after death of beloved mother
Strictly star Reverend Richard Coles has announced the tragic death of his mother Elizabeth (via MailOnline).
Reverend Richard shared the sad news on X last Friday (February 2), posting an image of his late mother on her wedding day.
The black and white image showed his mother in her wedding dress and veil, laughing joyfully.

"Mum died last night. Here she is on her wedding day, laughing. No mummy's boy (hello) could have wished for more. RIP," wrote the Reverend.
He was met with an outpouring of support from followers who wanted to share their condolences.

Reverend Richard has previously shared insights into his relationship with his beloved mother. He once recalled a conversation with her, during which she had told him she didn't like his dancing or his wig after a Strictly performance.
The Reverend was partnered with professional dancer Dianne Buswell during his stint on the dancing show, with the pair becoming the second couple to be eliminated in the 15th series of the show in 2017.
