Strictly’s Tyler West wants EastEnders cameo with Molly Rainford
EastEnders recently welcomed a former Strictly Come Dancing star to the Square in the form of Molly Rainford, who plays new arrival Anna Knight, but there's one person who thinks that Walford could use another celebrity dancer.
DJ Tyler West, who is in a relationship with his fellow Strictly 2022 star Rainford, has revealed that he'd love to join his girlfriend on set by securing a role in the soap.
West, who was partnered with dancer Dianne Buswell on the most recent series of Strictly, told The Evening Standard that he would "love" to make an appearance on the show himself, revealing that he is a long-time fan of the soap.

"I would be all over it!" he said. "EastEnders is something that me and my family have always watched, like, my whole family as well, my nana, everybody, so for it to become such a real thing for me is mad!
"To go behind the scenes and to pick [Rainford] up from work, I get starstruck every day!"
Revealing that he now watches each new episode first thing in the morning, West praised his girlfriend for settling into her role so quickly.
"She's amazing at what she does and in all honesty, even though I talk for a living, I don't know how she does what she does," he said. "I'd love to act one day, but I tell you what, she is on another level with it and she has settled in nicely at EastEnders."

The DJ added that he enjoys helping Rainford run through her lines - particularly when he gets to read actor Colin Salmon's lines as Anna's dad, George Knight - but joked that his partner is "so secretive" about the scripts.
West has previously spoken about how proud he feels when watching Rainford on screen, calling himself "her biggest fan".
"She makes my heart smile with it all," he said. "I am so proud of her and she deserves it and I feel like it's a real big moment."
The loved-up couple are currently on holiday together in Jamaica and have shared some sweet photos of their trip on Instagram.
Rainford's character Anna, however, is having a far more stressful time at the moment, as she desperately tries to track down her long-lost mother, 'Rose', who she doesn't know is actually Walford icon Cindy Beale.
Anna is currently going behind her family's back by hiring a private investigator to look for her mum, while her secret half-brother Peter Beale also returns next week after he discovers the truth about Anna and her sister Gina.
