Strictly's Joe Sugg admits he bought his Christmas tree in June
Strictly Come Dancing star Joe Sugg has revealed he bought his Christmas tree months ago.
The YouTube star, who has been dating Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Dianne Buswell since 2018, exclusively told Digital Spy about his thrifty Christmas purchase whilst promoting his new audio podcast series 'Username Resurgent'.
"We've got the tree," he told us. "I bought my Christmas tree back in June because I'm that sort of person and because it's so much cheaper to buy a Christmas tree then."

"I just wanted to get the fake one with the lights already in it, just for ease, get it out the loft – job's a good'en," he adds, confirming his Christmas tree of choice.
This Christmas marks the first one in the couple's new home. In July, Joe and Dianne announced they'd moved into a new house together after selling their previous home.
Joe revealed that Christmas decorations were, surprisingly, a big factor in their house move.

"It's the thing when you move into a new place, the first thing that me, and I know my sister [YouTube star Zoe Sugg] is the same, we go like 'Right, where is the Christmas tree going to go?'
"It's always a big part of moving house," he said.
When it comes to decorating the tree, Joe told us that he takes full control, saying: "I'm a Virgo – I like things to be done neat and nice and tidy and proper."
The Christmas decorations also fell down to Joe last year, who shared a vlog of him surprising girlfriend Dianne with the finished result.
"It comes down to me to decorate the house," Joe told Digital Spy, citing Dianne's busy winter schedule with Strictly as the reason behind this role.
