Master Community Developer Sunway Property has announced the expansion of its lifestyle solutions under the Sunway Property+ programme by introducing Handyman services, which will commence on June 14. The new offering marks the second anniversary of the launch of the Sunway Property+ community aftersales initiative.

Sunway Property+ is the developer’s pioneering community comprehensive aftersales lifestyle programme for homebuyers, sub-sale homebuyers, and tenants who live within its developments. It comprises three pillars: Care+, Rent+, and Rewards+.

Care+ provides quality home maintenance services, Rent+ offers rental credits that can be transferred to property purchases, and Reward+ delivers exclusive privileges and benefits to its community including special discounts and exclusive events.

Sunway Property’s Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Gerard Yuen shared that Sunway Property+ Care+ Cleaning service started in June 2022.

He further elaborated, “At launch, we had offered Care+ Cleaning services to all 2,199 residential units at its flagship Sunway South Quay development in Bandar Sunway, and we have extended the service to 4,956 residential units developed by Sunway Property. This has been well-received by our community. The introduction of Care+ Handyman service further expands Care+ lifestyle offerings for those living in a Sunway development in alignment to the developer’s commitment of ‘With You For Generations’.”

This exclusive Handyman service offers a wide range of maintenance solutions for assistance on tasks around the house, including air conditioner servicing, assistance to remove and hang curtains in-between washes, assembly of furniture purchased online, light bulb replacements, electrical and plumbing services, wall repair, painting, locksmith services and everything in between.

The newly launched Sunway Property Care+ Handyman service will be available for booking from 14 June and will benefit 3,093 Sunway Property residential units in Klang Valley. This will be expanded to more residential units and regions as the developer continues to grow the service.

Looking ahead, Sunway Property+ will continue to offer new innovative lifestyle solutions under the Rent+ pillar, along with exclusive experiences under Reward+ such as the ‘Come Experience Sunway’ program featuring a Le Cordon Bleu Beef Wellington workshop.
