Put On Your Casting Director's Hat, And Tell Us Who You'd Like To See Star In "Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery"

A third installment of the Knives Out franchise is in the works.

On May 24, director Rian Johnson announced that the film Wake Up Dead Man will be released on Netflix sometime next year.

Little else is known about the film, though Daniel Craig will return for a third time as the debonair detective Benoit Blanc.

Given that the first two films featured star-studded ensembles, there's every reason to think some big names will join the Wake Up Dead Man cast.

In fact, two actors having a significant year have reportedly been cast.

Both Deadline and the Hollywood Reporter independently reported that Josh O'Connor would appear in the third Knives Out. This comes fresh off his buzzy role in Challengers.

Both outlets reported that Cailee Spaeny will also star in the film. She's having a major year, too, thanks to the success of A24's action film Civil War.
