'There's a penny in my throat!' Watch how this bus driver reacts to a choking little boy

A school bus driver in Texas is being hailed as a hero after she saved a 7-year-old from choking.

Preston Bell, a student at Seagoville North Elementary School, was sitting on Raquel Radford Baker's bus when the boy began choking on a quarter he'd put in his mouth.

The child immediately went to the driver for help. Baker, who's worked in transportation for 17 years, calmly directed him outside, got off the bus and successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver to remove the coin, saving the child's life.
