Well, there was mention of our country heading out of Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), provided the COVID-19 situation continues to improve. So super positive me began dreaming up the many things I want to do and places to dine in when news of another spike hit. What was I thinking?
While my dreams of taking fitness classes and dining in in the near future are dashed, I thought to myself. Rather than allowing these external factors beyond my control to dampen my usual positivity, I might as well take things into my own hands. Anyway, the coronavirus seems to be here to stay for a while.
So I decided to set up a mini home gym. Considering most of us stay in apartments with limited living space, especially now that we share our home with our lovely houseplants and spouse, I started researching compact fitness equipment that will not cramp up my tiny house.
