Tiffany Pollard used to sneak beer to school in junior high: 'This is why I'm the HBIC'
Fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly, and Tiffany "New York" Pollard's gonna be the HBIC till she dies.
On the latest episode of EW's celeb booze-and-shmooze video series, 3 Rounds, the reality show legend recalled the birth of her HBIC-ness, or at the very least, her love of alcohol.
"It's been a love affair since birth. I was born an alcoholic," Pollard jokes in the clip above. "I mean, put it my bottle, if it can get down my throat, I want it. I'm just playing." Though Pollard then seamlessly segued into an anecdote set a couple years after her birth: "But I did used to sneak beer to school in junior high."

Pollard had a little trick, that any burgeoning drinkers in junior high should definitely not try, of pouring beer into her little apple juice cups. Since that is stuntin' at a high school, if not college, level, New York reaffirms, "This is why I'm the HBIC."
Now, for the uninitiated, HBIC stands for Head Bitch in Charge, a moniker Pollard has laid claim to at least since her nascent days on Flavor of Love. Unlike any other reality star from the wild, uncharted days of the early aughts, Pollard managed to parlay her 15 minutes of fame into several of her own shows, as well as scene-stealing, meme-making stints on other reality fare.
The HBIC is back once again starring on E!'s House of Villains, which pits reality TV villains in one house and dares them not to kill each other. Or something like that.
