TikToker Star Anna Sitar Announces New Podcast, “Anna's Guide”: ‘A Chance to Go One Level Deeper’ (Exclusive)

New episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays at midnight

Anna Sitar is heading to the recording studio.

On Thursday, July 11, the content creator announced exclusively to PEOPLE that she's launching a new podcast called Anna’s Guide.

"I really love my community and storytelling, and I think this podcast will allow us to connect on a deeper level," she tells PEOPLE. "It will be a welcoming, happy, feel-good, and empowering space where people can truly be themselves."

Episodes will drop on podcast streaming platforms Thursdays at 9 p.m. PST/Fridays 12 a.m. EST. The full video episodes will also be available on the Anna's Guide YouTube Channel.

Since joining social media, Sitar has amassed 1.4 million followers on Instagram and 11.9 million on TikTok, gaining fame for her 'Get Ready with Me' and transition videos.

In Anna’s Guide, Sitar, 27, plans to delve into daily life updates while discussing a range of topics, from dating and relationships to college advice and insights on being a woman in engineering.

She was inspired to name the show Anna’s Guide after a series of videos of the same name she shared on TikTok a few years ago, in the aftermath of a breakup.

"In those videos, I would document my daily activities like journaling, accompanied by voiceovers sharing my emotions of the day," she explains. "It was a way for me to express myself and give viewers a glimpse into my thoughts."

"Right from the start, people were suggesting it should be a podcast," she continues. "So, I'm excited to return to a more authentic, casual self that I used to share on the internet."

Sitar partnered with the team at House of Honey to set up a complete studio in her Los Angeles apartment where all episodes will be recorded.

With the podcast, she tells PEOPLE she looks forward to creating a more intimate space for her community to connect and relate to her experiences.

"It's called Anna's Guide not because I have all the answers, but because I'm eager to explore life together with everyone in my community," she says. "After all, secrets are better shared, so we'll be doing just that in the podcast."
