What time is Burna Boy on stage at Glastonbury?
Glastonbury, the 53-year-old, five-day music extravaganza, opens today and thousands of excited revellers have already started heading to Somerset to pitch their tent and get settled, before the real festivities start on Friday.
As usual, this year’s programme is jam-packed full of brilliant acts: there will be appearances from some of the world’s most-famous musicians, such as Dua Lipa, Shania Twain and SZA, legendary bands, such as The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Coldplay and top DJs such as Jamie Jones, Peggy Gou and Joy Orbison. All in all, there are 100 stages at Glastonbury 2024 with as many as 2000 scheduled acts.
And with so many brilliant sets to see, both fans at the festival, and those watching from home, are keeping record of the time slots of their favourite acts. To help, we’ve highlighted some of the top sets.
What time is Burna Boy on stage at Glastonbury?
Burna Boy will be playing on the Pyramid Stage for an hour between 19:30 and 20:30 on Sunday.
Can I still get tickets?
Unfortunately, not. Glastonbury is fully sold out and it’s too late to find other routes into the festival, such as volunteering or working.
Can I watch the show on the BBC?
Yes! Happily, the BBC will be sharing highlights of the acts playing on the Pyramid Stage this year. It’s unclear yet whether the whole set will be available for UK audiences to watch (the BBC has already confirmed that only the sets of Dua Lipa and Coldplay will be livestreamed for a global audience) but with the BBC’s extensive Glastonbury coverage it’s more than likely Burna Boy fans will be able to see at least some of his set.
This year, the BBC has massively expanded its Glastonbury coverage, streaming over 90 hours of live performances taken from the festival’s five main stages – Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Woodies and The Park. Fans can watch coverage on the BBC’s TV channels as well as 10 different streams on BBC iPlayer, including Glastonbury Channel Live, Glastonbury Channel II, Pyramid Stage – Signed and Classic Glastonbury Channel.
