Tracee Ellis Ross Rocks a Buffet of Bikinis on Tropical Vacation: See All Her Sexy Swim Looks!

The actress gave fans a glimpse at her vacation wardrobe — and revealed how she managed to take those chic snapshots all by herself

Tracee Eliss Ross is a bonafide bikini queen.

The 51-year-old actress kicked off the summer season with a tropical solo getaway that involved rest, relaxation and so many swimsuits.

On May 31, the Pattern Beauty founder shared Instagram photos of herself wearing multiple sexy swim looks.

The carousel starts with a video of Ross taking her “first” pool dip of the summer in a yellow floral-patterned two-piece. She emerges from the water with her hair piled in a wet updo and jokes, “Don’t ever wear your hair like this unless you're 8 years old.”

Clearly one to pull out all the style stops on vacation, Ross rocked more bathing suits, including a tie-dye purple set that she accessorized with a straw fedora and two black string bikinis, which she told PEOPLE in April 2023 are her favorite style to sport. She also wore a chic fringe top and matching maxi skirt on one of her outings.

In the comment section, one user asked Ross how she managed to take her outfit photos at all the right angles if she was kicking it solo. She replied: “Ohhhh I have my ways. I’m a long-time pro at figuring that out.”

Ross is all about cute summer fits, which she rocked plenty of in Old Navy's latest fashion campaign with her former Black-ish costar, Yara Shahidi.

The two brought their effortless  chemistry, charm and style on set as they modeled the brand’s bold summer trends.

While chatting with PEOPLE about their mini-reunion, Shahidi gushed over her TV mom’s welcoming "energy,” which is just as colorful as her wardrobe.

"You have given yourself so many ways of figuring out how to be fully present in spaces, large and small," Shahidi, 24, said to Ross. "But I think that extends to a second thing, which is watching you as an actor, watching you as a producer and as a person. You prioritize making sure people have space to be themselves."
