The Traitors' Jaz lands BBC presenting role
The Traitors star Jaz Singh has just landed a two-hour radio presenting slot at the BBC Asian Network.
Jaz will be hosting his first Asian Network Motivation show on Monday, June 17, with BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network's press office officially welcoming him to the "family" on social media.

"Jaz Singh, finalist of series 2 of The Traitors, will be presenting the Asian Network Motivation slot from Monday 17 June (20:00-22:00)," the tweet reads. "Welcome to the family Jaz, we can't wait to tune in!"
One person joked about Jaz's detective skills, which he demonstrated on season 2 of The Traitors, writing: "Wasted opportunity if you don't get listeners ringing in with mysteries for him to solve."
"This man could find the Mary Celeste," they added, referencing the famous mystery ship, while someone else mentioned "Jazatha Christie," the nickname Jaz was given by Traitors viewers thanks to the deduction skills that took him all the way to the series two final.
Jaz also shared the news on Instagram, promising listeners "more of me and my tunes... getting you in the best frame of mind".
He added that he'll be "chatting about what The Traitors taught me" on his first show, teasing: "There might be a few exclusives in store too."
"Absolutely buzzingggg and grateful for this amazing opportunity that has come my way AND this is just the beginning... Thank you to everybody involved in making this happen," Jaz continued.

"Here whenever you need motivation and it's safe to say… I'll be giving you more than just a pick me up! Tune in & let’s uplift each other & spread the positivity together."
Speaking about his time on The Traitors earlier this year, Jaz said he had no regrets about he chose to play the game, even if it led to him being eventually eliminated by fellow Faithful Mollie Pearce.
"I'm very fortunate actually to come out of the experience knowing that I have a clean conscience and I'm so comfortable with how I played the game," he told Radio Times.
The Traitors 2 winner (and Traitor) Harry Clarke managed to convince Mollie he was a Faithful at the final round table – resulting in the elimination of Jaz, who'd had his suspicions set on Harry.
The Traitors UK series 1-2 are streaming on BBC iPlayer. The Traitors US streams on Peacock in the US. Season 2 will air later this year on BBC iPlayer in the UK.
