The summer transfer window is officially open and some mega deals are afoot. Arsenal are among the clubs monitoring £101million midfielder Joao Neves, who is set to impress at Euro 2024, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United launching rival bids for the wonderkid. United are also tracking Arsenal target Xavi Simons and a new striker is also a priority for the Gunners.
Joshua Zirkzee, Nico Williams and Victor Osimhen have all been linked with Arsenal alongside Everton’s Amadou Onana. Another club tipped to bid for Osimhen are Chelsea, who are today tipped to launch a bid for Stuttgart hotshot Serhou Guirassy - with Arsenal also keen. Michael Olise and John Duran are other known Chelsea targets.

Arsenal and Manchester United are both monitoring Xavi Simons’ situation with interest.
The Dutch midfielder will decide on his future during Euro 2024 with a loan move away from PSG the most likely outcome, according to L’Equipe.
PSV would be owed much of his transfer fee, should he leave permanently, so Les Parisiens want to bide their time and a first-team role is not expected to be on the table for next season.

The 17-year-old was signed by Spurs in a £12m deal last September from Hajduk Split, putting pen to paper on a deal through to 2030. FIFA rules mean the Croatian cannot arrive at Spurs until he turns 18 next year.
Vuskovic spent last term first at Hajduk before moving to Polish side Radomiak Radom on a six-month loan deal, and the centre-back is now set to spend next season in Belgium. The teenager has agreed to join Westerlo, who finished 11th in the Belgian Pro League.

The teenage Lille defender is a highly sought-after player and Real Madrid have long since been considered the favourites for his signature, while Chelsea have also been interested.
Per The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Manchester United and Liverpool are now actively both trying to sign Yoro, who is also admired by Paris Saint-Germain.
However, they are both said to have an acceptance that they may ultimately lose out to Real Madrid for a highly-rated young centre-back who has entered the final 12 months of his contract at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.

The Blues had initially been tracking Aston Villa’s Colombian forward back in the January transfer window and have carried through that interest into the summer.
Colombian reporter Guillermo Arango now reports that Chelsea have agreed a £42m fee for Duran, with talks underway regarding personal terms.
The 20-year-old scored eight times in 37 appearances for Villa this season, though started only three games in the Premier League.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Pedro Lima, reports suggest.
The Blues are rumoured to have been in talks for a while now regarding the 17-year-old Brazilian defender, who plays for Sport Recife.
According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have now struck a verbal deal for Lima that will cost €7m up front plus another €3.5m in fixed add-ons.
His agent is now set to travel to wrap up the transfer, which will see him initially join Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg - also under the BlueCo umbrella.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Sport Recife’s young full-back Pedro Lima.
A deal worth an initial £6m is done, according to Fabrizio Romano, with £3m in add-ons.
The 21-year-old will be sent to Strasbourg on loan.
Recife director Joao Marcelo Barros told Globo Esporte before news of the agreement broke: “The stage of the negotiation is not a guarantee that it will materialise.

The Atalanta midfielder has been strongly linked with a £38million move away from the Europa League winners this summer, with Liverpool said to have even agreed personal terms.

Chelsea lead £63m goalkeeper race

Chelsea are among the frontrunners to sign Diogo Costa.
The Porto goalkeeper is available for £63m, due to his release clause, and O Jogo envisage a deal being more likely than not.
Porto are said to need a big sale to balance their books and there may be some wriggle room in terms of a fee.
However, Chelsea are not alone in eyeing a bid with Arsenal and Manchester City among several clubs keen.
