“It was insane, we just took off this corner, the bulls came flying out. I threw myself over the rail, I was scared… My mates are in the stadium, they’re better than me. So yeah that was heaps of fun.”

The runs, during which six purpose-bred fighting bulls, guided by six steers, chase runners through the narrow streets of Pamplona's old quarter, covered a stretch of 800 meters (0.5 miles).
