WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States said on Wednesday it would pay a $5 million reward for information leading to the location or identification of Islamic State leader Abu-Muhammad al-Shimali. The U.S. State Department said Al-Shimali has facilitated travel from Turkey to Syria of prospective Islamic State fighters from Australia, Europe and the Middle East. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Saturday that China's largest coastguard vessel has anchored in Manila's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea, and is meant to intimidate its smaller Asian neighbour.
