Ukraine's drone strike campaign on Russian oil refineries has disabled as much as 15% of the country's processing capabilities, Reuters reported on April 4, citing an unnamed NATO official.

The source said the attacks incapacitated over 10% and potentially upwards of 15% of Russian oil refining. The extent of the damage could mean extensive facility repairs, possibly requiring significant time, the official indicated.
