Fans thrilled as Union J reunite for gig and documentary
Ten years after George Shelley, JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley and Josh Cuthbert first made waves as Union J, all four of the boy band members have confirmed they will be reuniting for a one-off gig.
The former X Factor stars will be delighting fans with a special reunion concert in London on 28 May, as well as delivering a brand-new documentary about their journey.
The singers revealed they will perform together for the first time since 2016 for the gig in a statement, which read: "We’re so excited to be back! We can’t wait to be on the stage together as a four again and to be reunited with our wonderful fans.

"The London Palladium is such an incredible venue and it feels like the perfect return to live shows for us as a group. After the journey we’ve had, we know it’s going to be a night that we’ll remember forever!"
The band originally started as a trio, consisting of Cuthbert, Hamblett and Hensley, but became a four-piece after Shelley was introduced to the group during the ninth series of the ITV talent show.
After reaching the semi-final of the singing competition, the band went on to release two albums – Union J and You Got It All before Shelley announced he was leaving the group.
During their time together, they enjoyed chart success with singles such as Carry You, Beautiful Life, You Got It All and Tonight (We Live Forever).
Fans began sharing their excitement about the gig on social media as one wrote: "I'm so excited to be able to see you all again omg."
"I love love love Union J they make me SO happy," another wrote as one added: "i feel like i'm 11 again :')".
Another fan commented: "got JLS & The wanted & union j back, now just need 1D and it’ll be like good old 2012 again."
"omg im so so so HAPPY," another added, as tweeted: "So The Wanted, JLS, and Union J are back. We are back I 2012. I am okay with this."
Tickets for the reunion show will go on general sale on Friday, 4 February at 10am via Live Nation.
