Usher Shares Glimpse of His Bali Vacation Including a Flower Petal Pool Personalized with His Name

The singer also offered a look at some of his yoga sessions during the trip

Usher is taking it “nice and slow” when it comes to relaxing in Bali.

On Saturday, the “My Boo” singer, 45, offered his 13 million Instagram followers a peek into his calming vacation on the island — which included taking a dip in a pool filled with petals and doing a little yoga.

The musician kicked off his series of Instagram Story posts with a photo of himself smiling while wrapped in a white towel. Beads of water could be seen on his skin as he sat in a car. Over the photo, he wrote, “Yoga in Bali!”

Usher then shared several shots of his private pool, which was covered in red and white flower petals that spelled out the message: “Welcome to Boas, Bali Usher.” He took some shots of himself taking a dip at the bottom of the petal-covered pool, before deciding to make a bigger splash.

In a video clip, he could be seen executing a slow-motion cannonball into the center of the water from the edge. His big splash swept most of the petals to the outside of the pool.

Usher appeared to spend quite a lot of time outdoors during his private trip, and even enjoyed some local fruit for breakfast. He showed a shot of his plate filled with a half-cut mangosteen.

Usher capped off the day with some more yoga on an outdoor patio in the sun. He shared photos of himself holding his hands together in a pose while pointing his face toward the sky.

In his final shot, he took on a more difficult, handstand-like pose. His slippers and a rolled towel could be seen lying near him on the platform.

Usher's Bali getaway comes just weeks after the “U Got It Bad” crooner tied the knot with his longtime love Jennifer Goicoechea in Las Vegas on Feb. 11, after the singer performed at Super Bowl LVIII.

The pair exchanged vows at Vegas Weddings' drive-thru tunnel The Fast Lane, and Usher's mother, Jonnetta Patton, was the couple's witness, according to the marriage certificate.

For the big event, Goicoechea, 40, was dressed in an all-white pantsuit featuring an off-the-shoulder, tie-waist jacket and wide-leg pants, while Usher wore a white floor-sweeping fur coat over a black tuxedo.

A representative for the singer told PEOPLE at the time, "We can confirm that Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea took the next step in their relationship and did get married on Sunday night in Las Vegas surrounded by close friends and family.”

"They both look forward to continuing to raise their children together surrounded by love and thank everyone for the well wishes," the rep added.
