UTA Promotes 104 Across Company
United Talent Agency on Wednesday announced the promotion of 104 employees across 25 departments.
The promotions came in the areas of Business Affairs, Comedy Touring, Communications, Endorsements & Voiceover, Finance & Accounting, Fine Arts, Independent Film, Information Technology, IQ, KLUTCH Sports Group, MediaLink, Motion Picture Literary, Motion Picture Talent, Music, News & Broadcasting, People, Publishing, Strategy & Corporate Development, TV Literary, TV Talent, UTA Creators, Entertainment & Culture Marketing, UTA Foundation, Ventures, and Workplace Services.

A majority of those promoted to Agent emerged from UTA’s Agent Training Program. Women constituted more than 50% of promotees, with people of color making up more than 30%.

The promotions come amid an extended period of growth and diversification for UTA. Over the past two-plus years, the agency has acquired strategic advisory firm MediaLink, leading UK talent and publishing agency Curtis Brown Group and sports agency Rep 1 Baseball, also opening an Atlanta office and expanding its presence in London, alongside a strategic partnership with top global investment firm EQT.
