Valerie Bertinelli is trying to adjust to getting older — but she says it's not easy.

On Wednesday, the Food Network star, 63, posted a video on TikTok and admitted that it’s been “mind blowing” to notice the changes within her body — despite feeling much younger than her age.

“Anybody else out there my age find it challenging to wrap their head around aging?” she began. “I’m in my 60s and factually I have spent more time young than I have being old so I’m kind of adjusting…my body is adjusting for sure.”

“I can still jog upstairs but I can’t run upstairs. I can still do a nice deep squat but I gotta hold onto something to pull myself back up,” she said with a laugh. “I used to always be able to sit in child’s pose when you’re sitting on the back of your ankles. Boy, I can still do that but it’s uncomfortable.”

Bertinelli added in the caption that “aging is such a trip 🤯.” In the clip, she also poked fun at herself while telling her followers that it’s been crazy to see her skin starting to sag.

“I’ve seen parts of my body that are sagging that didn’t use to sag,” she said while laughing and pulling at the skin on her neck and arms. “Like, what the hell is that?! I’m just having trouble wrapping my head around this aging stuff because in my brain, I am still this young, goofy, let’s-have-fun girl.”

“It’s just mind blowing, aging,” she quipped. “I’m just wondering if there’s anyone else out there doing their best to adjust to being older when they’ve spent so much time being young.”

Bertinelli has been sharing her lighthearted attitude around aging. Last month, she posted a TikTok video trying out a filter that judges how old it thinks you are. While testing out the filter, it gave her results that she found were worth a laugh.

“All right let’s see how old TikTok thinks I look,” a voiceover from @itsmannymichael states as Bertinelli takes her glasses off so the filter can really analyze her face.

A grid is superimposed onto Bertinelli as the video takes on a violet hue. Numbers flash above her head representing different ages before landing on its results: 72.

Bertinelli bursts into laughter at the filter adding 9 years to her age. Then, Michael's voiceover returns saying, “get out of here.”

“Happy Monday! 😂” she captioned the post before adding the hashtags, “#egocheck” and “#filtersarefun.”

Bertinelli has been feeling healthier and happier lately. Earlier in October, Bertinelli posted a video on Instagram after finding the outfit she wore in her very first “before photo" as a Jenny Craig spokesperson.

“Health is not a body size. Health is not the number you see on the scale. Your worth as a human being isn’t dictated by your body,” she said while standing in the mirror wearing a pink button-up shirt and jeans.

“I thought I was fat the last time I wore these clothes,” she said. "I’ve never felt more beautiful, more at peace, more mentally and emotionally stable than I do today and I’m wearing my ‘fat clothes.’ That’s f----- up.”

Bertinelli added in the caption that she found the old clothes in the back of her closet and although she doesn’t know why she kept them, she’s glad she did.

“I continue to work on not suppressing or numbing my feelings with food or alcohol and here I am. I am enough,” she wrote. “Our bodies do not define who we are as human being’s. A number on the scale does not define how much love your heart can hold. 🩷Please love yourself, every single part of you. YOU ARE ENOUGH 🤍✌🏻”
