Vanessa Feltz opens up on being single ahead of Celebs Go Dating
Vanessa Feltz has admitted she doesn't feel "comfortable with being single".
The radio personality, who split from her fiancé Ben Ofoedu last Christmas after 16 years together, has signed up to appear on E4 reality show Celebs Go Dating in the hopes of finding love again.
Speaking to The Mirror ahead of the show's return tonight (August 20), Vanessa revealed that her daughters Allegra and Saskia encouraged her to take part.

"[They've been] very good about it," she shared. "Both my daughters are big fans of the show. They said there's no downside, definitely do it. My friends have all been really encouraging."
Discussing what viewers can expect to see from her on the show, Vanessa continued: "I think they'll be surprised to see the vulnerability and I'm not someone who is comfortable with being single, I don't like it. People who like it, that's great but, I don't like it."
Vanessa will appear on Celebs Go Dating alongside Adam Collard, Lottie Moss, Mark-Francis Vandelli, Spuddz and Chloe Burrows, who recently revealed that she found the experience more intense than Love Island.

"Off the back of Love Island, ITV were really supporting with therapy which was amazing and then I eventually got my own as I found it easier to speak to someone," she told OK!.
"I don’t get into the nitty gritty, [the show] will be the first time I have spoken about my relationships. On Love Island I have managed to get away without talking about it, Celebs Go Dating is a lot more intense, the experience, I might take a lot more away from it."
Celebs Go Dating returns on Sunday, August 20 on E4 at 9pm, with new episodes airing every Sunday to Thursday.
