Venezuela's Maduro calls U.S. sanctions on oil company illegal - RIA

MOSCOW (Reuters) - President Nicolas Maduro on Wednesday called U.S. sanctions imposed on Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA this week illegal, Russian RIA news agency reported.

Caracas is taking all efforts to stabilise the Venezuelan economy, Maduro was quoted as saying by RIA.
