Vivian Hsu and Chris Wang deny breakup
12 Jun – Rumoured couple, Vivian Hsu and Chris Wang recently denied reports of their breakup, saying that they were not dating in the first place.
According to Ettoday, sources claimed that the couple, who were rumoured to be in a relationship after they were seen dining together with Vivian's family earlier this year, have decided to go their separate ways due to their different relationship goals.
An insider claimed that 38-year-old Vivian longed to end her single life, but Chris, who is seven years her junior, is more serious about his career rather than settling down.
It was also alleged that the actor also used his one month break to serve as a volunteer in India in order to heal from his breakup.
However, upon returning from India, Chris quickly dismissed the breakup rumour, saying, "This is a really interesting myth!"
When asked about his marriage plans, Chris stressed that he will put more emphasis on his career and community service, and added, "I have no plans to be in any romantic relationship."
Vivian's manager echoed his sentiments, stating, "They only collaborated in the movie "72 Hours On You". The two of them have been busy lately. They have not been contacting but they are still friends. Please do not dwell too much into it."
