“VPR”: Sandoval Is Surprised to Admit Ariana Has Been Less 'Vindictive' Than His Other Friends amid 'Mob' Pile-On

Tom Sandoval noted it was "weird" that his ex Ariana Madix has been "100 times less proactively vindictive" amid the fallout of his affair with Rachel "Raquel" Leviss

Just a few months after Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss was exposed, he felt like friends were still out for blood. His ex Ariana Madix, on the other hand, seemed unexpectedly uninterested in harping on the infidelity that abruptly ended their nine-year relationship.

During Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, which was filmed in the thick of Scandoval, the Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner got called out on his behavior once again by former friend Scheana Shay.

“You have not been acting like you have a heart,” Scheana, 38, told her former pal after he didn’t respond and blocked her after she reached out after the death of his friend Ali Rafiq.

“Everything that I do is looked [at] in the most negative way possible,” replied Sandoval, 41.

She asked, “But don't you think if you would have been honest and remorseful from the beginning, it could have been a different outcome?”

When Sandoval noted that he can’t change the past, Sheana told him, “You can apologize and be remorseful. You don't need to keep doubling down and acting like the villain.”

When he reminded that he apologized to her at her house after the affair became public knowledge in March, he said that it wasn’t just her who was owed an apology.

“I would love to talk to Ariana,” he admitted. “I would love to because out of everybody, she has been 100 times less proactively vindictive, which is weird to me because she's the one that I did it to.”

“She has every right to come after me and do all that stuff,” he continued. “But Ariana doesn't get off on that s---. She doesn't want to see me f---ing dragged to the point of f--- like, I mean.”

“Nobody wants to see that, Tom,” said Scheana.

Earlier in the episode, Sandoval decried the group's “mob mentality” in a conversation with Lisa Vanderpump, claiming his former friends' “relentless” actions toward him.

He told Scheana that her discussion of the affair on her Scheananigans podcast was “too much.”

“I agree, and there was a certain point when we stopped,” Scheana responded. “I think you just really need to humble yourself and the next show you play, maybe leave [Tom] Schwartz and Raquel’s names out of the songs.”

Referencing her castmate's theatrical gigs with his band Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras, Scheana said in a confessional: “Like the shirt off, the singing about Schwartz losing his house and 'Raquel is hot for me.' Someone needs to tell him to put the mic down.”

To Sandoval's face, she said, “Everything you're doing is literally the definition of a narcissist.”

“It's not," he countered. "You should look it up.”

Despite the tough conversation, Sandoval was still sad about the friendship he once had with the "Good as Gold" singer.

“Out of everyone, the loss of Scheana and I’s friendship has been devastating to me,” he explained. “She has a friend that's just all heart, she's funny. I miss her.”
