The House Ways and Means Committee is slated to hold a hearing Wednesday on strengthening child welfare and protecting children.

Paris Hilton and other advocates are set to testify before the panel about modernizing child welfare programs.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT.
