After two Group B matches, the Black Stars have just one point and they find themselves in real danger of falling at the first hurdle for the second AFCON tournament in a row.
Chris Hughton's side, beaten in their opening match by Cape Verde, did improve against Egypt, but individual errors cost them as they were held to a draw, and it means they must beat Mozambique.
That would leave Ghana on four points, which would likely be enough to send them through as one of the best third-placed teams, even if they did not qualify automatically from Group B.
Mozambique, also on one point, were seconds away from beating Egypt in their first match and will still be dreaming of reaching the knockout stages themselves, having never previously done so.
