How to watch South Africa vs DR Congo: TV channel and live stream for AFCON third-place play-off today

South Africa and DR Congo clash in the penultimate match of the Africa Cup of Nations tonight.

Both losing semi-finalists will compete for victory in the third-place play-off at AFCON, which takes place at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in the Ivorian capital of Abidjan.

It has been a superb tournament so far for both of these underdogs, with 1996 winners South Africa - who did not even qualify for Cameroon last time around - finishing second behind Mali in Group E before stunning tournament favourites Morocco and then embarking on two nerve-shredding and dramatic penalty shootouts against Cape Verde and Nigeria, one of which they won and the other they came off second-best.

Two-time champions DR Congo, meanwhile, finished as runners-up to Morocco in Group F despite drawing all of their group matches and then ousted much-fancied Egypt on penalties in their own major upset before brushing aside Guinea and then falling to hosts Ivory Coast.
