Waterbom Bali named top water park in Asia
Waterbom Bali was named the top water park in Asia and ranked fifth in the world on Wednesday, according to Traveler's Choice Awards for Amusement Parks and Water Parks around the globe initiated by TripAdvisor.
Waterbom Bali is also the only water park in Asia to be placed within the top 25 globally. Other water parks recognized include Waterbom Jakarta and Circus Waterpark Bali which ranked sixth and eighth in Asia, respectively. In the amusement parks category, Jawa Timur Park 2 and Ancol Dreamland came in 11th and 16th in Asia.

The Travelers’ Choice Awards honoor top travel spots worldwide based on millions of valuable reviews and opinions submitted by TripAdvisor travelers. Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews for amusement parks and water parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.
In total, 242 winners were identified, including the top 25 in the world and dedicated lists for Asia, Canada, China, Europe, India, South America, South Pacific, the United Kingdom and the United States.
