WeWork joins forces with Echelon TOP100 to help local entrepreneurs build global businesses across Asia

Organised by e27, the TOP100 programme will provide global startups looking to expand in APAC with a launchpad to success

We are happy to announce that WeWork will be part of Echelon TOP100 APAC 2018!

The TOP100 programme was created by e27 to empower insights, connections, talent, and funding opportunities for early-stage tech in Asia Pacific

WeWork is a platform for creators, providing more than 175,000 members around the world with space, community, and both physical and virtual services.

The TOP100 and WeWork partnership was launched in line with e27’s mission of growing a community of and foundation for builders, creators, and entrepreneurs and accelerate high-growth entrepreneurship throughout the Asia Pacific.

Building the region’s TOP100 most promising startups

Startups in the TOP100 programme will have access to different resources such as the TOP100 Academy course as well as get the opportunity to meet potential investors and interact with the key players of the startup ecosystem, with a selected few getting the chance to pitch in front of investors, corporates, and other startups at Echelon Asia 2018.

As aligned with the programme’s aim of highlighting Asia’s startups, this partnership with WeWork will serve as a springboard for startups in turning ideas into reality. Integrating its global community of creators, WeWork will be a driving force in facilitating startups, angel investors, incubators, corporates, accelerators, working professionals, solution providers, industry experts, and VCs to interact, collaborate and grow professionally.

“As WeWork has always been passionate about its commitment towards supporting local innovators, Echelon TOP100 APAC 2018 is a significant programme that helps take promising startups a step further,” said Turochas “T” Fuad, Managing Director of WeWork Southeast Asia. “By leveraging WeWork’s experience in building strong communities, we look forward to this partnership as a progressive role in accelerating our efforts for a diverse and enhanced startup ecosystem in Asia Pacific.”

Early stage startups can now register to TOP100 APAC 2018 and gain access to resources such as TOP100 Academy courses. With the opportunity to pitch at the Country Qualifier, top ranked startups from the Country Qualifiers will take part in the TOP100 Fight Club – where they will be awarded a TOP100 exhibition booth and a pitching slot on stage during Echelon Asia Summit 2018.

We are looking forward to empowering Asia’s startup ecosystem with WeWork. Applications are open until 14th of February, 2018.
