Who's up and what's on BBC NI's election coverage
Presenters Mark Carruthers and Tara Mills will lead BBC Northern Ireland's election coverage.
BBC NI has launched its 2024 Westminster election service, bringing continuous multi-platform coverage.
Mark Carruthers, who hosts The View, Sunday Politics and the Red Lines podcast, will front the results' programme from Broadcasting House in Belfast.
Tara Mills, who presents Newsline and Radio Ulster's Evening Extra, will chair the NI Leaders’ Debate on 27 June.
Teams will be live broadcasting from different constituencies and hosting party leader interviews, streamed online and across tv and radio in the run-up to the UK general election on 4 July.
BBC NI's Head of News and Current Affairs Kevin Kelly said the service will "give people everything that they need to know about the parties, the candidates and the big issues over the coming weeks."
He said the BBC's online services will bring election-related stories to audiences in innovative ways and livestream the big radio and television moments.
On election night, Mark Carruthers will be joined by BBC NI's political editor Enda McClafferty and communities correspondent Mark Simpson alongside reporters on the ground at count centres.
It will also include reaction and analysis from politicians and expert commentators as the outcome of the 2024 Westminster election is confirmed.
The programme will be broadcast on radio and the BBC NI's website.
As results come in, BBC News NI’s website will bring rolling updates from all 18 constituencies including leader profiles, interactive guides and in-depth reporting.
Claire Graham is the Election Social Media Reporter who will update audiences on what's happening across social media during the election campaign.
The BBC confirmed the line-up on Wednesday ahead of the general election on 4 July.
Comprehensive coverage
The UK-wide results programme, presented by Laura Kuenssberg and Clive Myrie, will be available on the BBC News channel and on iPlayer.
Party leaders will also be interviewed by Talkback presenter William Crawley, with interviews live-streamed on the BBC News NI's website.
Good Morning Ulster presenters Sarah Brett, Chris Buckler and Joel Taggart will travel to different constituencies in the run-up to the election and will host a three-hour special programme broadcast on Friday 5 July with the election results.
The Red Lines podcast will run a six-part series of election-related episodes that will be streamed on BBC Sounds and BBC Radio Ulster.
On TV, BBC Newsline will bring reports from key areas and interviews with communities across Northern Ireland.
Stephen Nolan, presenter of The Nolan Show, will bring listener-led discussions about election-related issues and reaction to political party interviews.
After the results, Mark Carruthers will present an extended Sunday Politics programme, with discussions from experts and guests to discuss the outcome in Northern Ireland.
